The 2020 WHPRMS Annual Conference is now going virtual! Knowing our attendees won't be able to have face-to-face communication with exhibitors, we have created a marketing package that includes participation in a Virtual Exhibit Hall and other benefits designed to enhance your exposure until the end of the calendar year! There are 3 different levels of packages listed below.

*The Virtual Exhibit Hall will remain "open" 24/7 for the remainder of the year (December 31, 2020).

Silver Sponsorship - $500 (unlimited spots)

  • Receive WHPRMS membership list (includes mailing addresses)
  • Participation in the Virtual Exhibit Hall (VEH)
    • Company name and logo listed on the VEH landing page on the WHPRMS website that will be linked to your company website
    • Dedicated "booth" in the exhibit hall to showcase information about your company's products and services
      • Have the option to have three images and/or videos, and up to three pdf documents (total of 6 items)
      • Include up to 3 contacts listed on dedicated "booth" page
        • Can include head shots of the contacts too for WHPRMS website visitors to put a face to the name
    • The VEH will be visible not only to registered conference attendees, but to everyone who visits the WHPRMS website
    • Social media posts highlighting the VEH and its exhibitors
  • Receive $50 discount on exhibitor space for 2021 conference
